The mild yet neutral taste of lupin and sunflower flour will go with any pasta sauce and give you that oh-so convincing pasta texture. OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD NUTRITION - As mentioned above, our pasta is primarily made with non-GMO lupin beans, grounded into fine flour. Lupin is an ancient Roman super-food that is nutritionally dense and rich in folate, magnesium and phosphorus. From there, we add some non-GMO sunflower flour to the mix to give it a nice mellow taste and to improve texture. Sunflower flour is also a new super-food that contains all 9 essential amino acids and is protein dense. PLANT-BASED, KETO-FRIENDLY, HIGH PROTEIN, & HIGH FIBER - Unlike many low carb or keto pastas out there, lulupasta is gluten free and does not contain any wheat. Also psyllium husk free. Although psyllium husk is great in many other foods, this ingredient creates a very dry experience in pasta. 3.5g fat / 19g protein / 4g net carbs per 56 oz. serving!
